My mom bought a second hand treadmill from her friend’s daughter. She was convinced to buy the said equipment because she also wanted to slim down. Treadmills work! It's the key statement given by the seller that made me agree to go with my mom for this kind of endeavor. Well, I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I hope I could faithfully wake up early in the morning for a thirty minute work out.
