Job hunting

I was visited by my cousin at the office this afternoon. He had an interview near where I was working so he decided to drop by. He lost his job just recently. He had to resign after being with the company for almost five years. When I asked about his reason or reasons, he just told me it’s for the career growth, so I didn’t dig into it anymore.
