Fruits and vegetables are part of a healthy diet that is clear to everyone. But which varieties are most healthy? And what substances are in it to protect us against high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks and even some cancers? According to experts eat colorful fruits and vegetables. Anyone who tries to eat fruit and vegetables in various colors, will automatically eat several servings a day. I think this is therefore a sensible, practical advice.
