5 minutes for you

Sometimes working long in front of the computer is very stressful. I got a tip from the TV program which is a five minutes gymnastics to exercise that will surely give you fresh energy.

On your desk while you are sitting, place your arms at the back of your neck and the elbows in a circle form. The shoulders should be just straight down there. Then inhale and exhale that makes your stomach in and out. By doing this you pump pure oxygen energy in to your bloodstream. Try it!
