After the holidays alot of advertisements about weight loss products are again in boom at the market. Just lately our mail box was full of those fliers and even on my emails. It just reminded me to start loosing weight too since I feed myself a lot of calories during the holidays. I started this morning my early walk even though it's cold freezing outside. Hopefully I can continue all the year what I started. Wish me luck.
