Computer expert

My sister was in panic when she called me up yesterday because her laptop was not anymore functioning. She told me she had a lot of work to finished that day and she was not able to do. She assume she needs a new computer memory. I asked that she should called up our cousin who is a computer technician. This morning she called me up again informing her laptop was already in good condition. The only problem the computer memory. Which my cousin worked and repaired for.
