Big move

We have already visited and looked the old house that is for sale from hub’s co- worker. The house is full renovated and very much appropriate for us. It has three bedrooms two bathrooms, large kitchen, big dinning at living rooms and basements. Since it is an old house, We wanted to make some changes if we're going to buy it. But first we will still scout for good mortgage lenders. The attic is not yet made, we can make that as an office room. The corridor floor is also an old tiles and we wanted that to change for the new one. It has also a winter garden. Hope we can pursue this so by next year we can have the big move.
